In this months feature it is Sylvanas Windrunner from the Warcraft universe (by Blizzard). I think this drawing is the best Sylvanas drawing on DA so far, and as a fan of Sylvanas, the choice was easy to make for a feature. Make sure to check this artists portfolio for more amazing art!

Feature 'Korra' point raffle: 500-5000

What is this?
I will be featuring some of the art here on DA which I think is the best of the best, to get some more attention to these works I'll be doing a point raffle using these feature posts. There will be 5 winners, and the amount of points depends on the amount of favorites for this post (and some other things), so make sure to favorite this post! If you don't win this time,you will also have a chance to win a premium membership after 6 raffles.
Feature: Korra
This feature will be something from The Legend of Korra. Ever since book 1 finished I was unimpressed with Korra as character, so I was less interested in book 2 than I would've been in The Last Airbender series. However, this drawing sparked my interest to watch The Legend of Korra again and I am happy I did! She dropped the tough girl act a little, which makes the series a lot more fun to watch.

As I know how much time can go into a drawing and I really appreciate some of the works I will give them a feature, with this feature I will hold a point giveaway. I will only do this for drawn art for fictional characters (human-like), however, my favorite manga/anime/game artworks are usually from:
- One Piece
- Fairy Tail
- Bleach
- Naruto
- League of Legends
- Warcraft
- Avatar (The Last Airbender / The Legend of Korra)
Description
The amount of points given each feature will range from 500 to 5000 and depend on a few factors:
a. The amount of views it has, more than the average of other the art of the same artist? Do others think other work is "better" (assuming the number of views is related to better)?
b. The amount of favorites it has, more than the average of other the art of the same artist? Do others think other work is "better" (assuming the number of favorites is related to better)?
c. Favorite factor, how much do people like the drawing compared to the artist?
d. How often my journal about the drawing is tagged as favorite. (normalized by the amount of views on the journal)
The drawing itself will always be a 10/10, else it won't be in my "The best" folder. For those interested, the formula I will apply for this (could change in the future):
"amount of points" = max( ( (5000 * a * b * c ) + d ), 500)
a = min(1, "amount of views for the drawing per time-unit (year/day/whatever works)" / "amount of profile views of a few random other drawings per time-unit (year/day/whatever works)")
b = min(1, ("amount of favorites" / "amount of views") / "average of the favorite per pageview factor of a few random other drawings")
c = min(1, ("drawing favorites" / "drawing views") / ("profile watchers" / "profile pageviews"))
d = ("journal post favorites" / "journal post views") * 5000
The factors a, b, c are determined before I post my journal, d is decided after and always increases the amount of points, so can have the biggest influence. d does require a certain amount of views to be valid though (1 / 1 for example is not the intended purpose for these rewards). If anyone has any other ideas for this, let me know through a note.
The points will be distributed over 5 people who favorite the feature post, so everyone gets 20%. Your chances will increase:
- if you watch me (+1 ticket with your name in the pool)
- if you promote the Feature journal (+1 ticket with your name in the pool)
After 6 features I will be setting up a poll to see what other people think is the best of the features, a random person who favorited the winners journal post (within a week of the start of the post) will receive a 12 month DA membership!
Why am I doing this?
I'd like to see some more popularity for the artists from which I like drawings so they will make even more awesome stuff 
. So my goals are to increase my profile popularity to increase it for others, and maybe even do contests in the future with prize pools of drawings of characters I really like.

When am I doing this?
Hopefully each month (can vary), I'll pick a drawing from the "The best" folder, after this, my journal post will have 7 days to collect views/favorites to decide the outcome of the points for a drawing. How and where this journal post is promoted is up to everyone that reads it, just make sure not to break any rules on DA or other sites.
I will not be announcing these up front as you have a week to enter, make sure to watch me for updates on this!
